Can you motivate others to succeed? Do you want to be a successful leader in banking by the time you are 30? Are you comfortable being a little out of your depth?

To become a great leader in an emerging market, you must grow and develop yourself faster than your country is growing.

The Consumer Bank International Graduate Programme provides the platform to create change, to challenge the way things are done, and to define the future of the Bank. Whether it’s developing new products, working at the intersection between technology and anthropology or leading a branch network, you’ll be expected to lead, to inspire and to connect with our customers.

This is a generalist programme where you can develop experience and exposure across the bank. From Lending, to Credit, to High Net Worth or SME banking, we encourage you to challenge and stretch yourself. Ultimately, this programme will lead to a leadership role within the Bank. Whether it's leading a team, running a budget or delivering transformational change for our customers, we’ll expect you to make a real difference to our business.

Is this programme right for you? Explore You:
Are you a natural leader?

Can you instantly build rapport and develop strong relationships with people?

Do you have an intense curiosity for a range of broad topics from marketing, to product development, technology and customer service?

During the programme, you will:
Gain broad insights and exposure to different facets of our Consumer Banking business to enable you to carve a niche for yourself within the Bank.

Take on roles and participate in actual projects that have a material impact on how we serve our customers and potentially shape the future of banking.

Develop your own leadership style and capabilities that will set you up for future success.
